I have equal disdain for both the Red Sox and the Astros, so I can say with all certainty that I am not interested in their series.

What geeks me up is people rushing to install Windows 11 on unsupported PCs; this is the foil of hobbyists who must try these kinds of installs on unsupported hardware.

When the weather is nice like it is now, cool, sunny, with blue skies, we shouldn’t be tinkering with PCs to see if we can install Windows 11.

What we should be doing is scooping poop, pruning dead limbs off of trees, and toying with the idea of mowing the grass or waiting another week or so.

Wait, that’s what I should be doing.

I kind of already have, however.

I read some about Windows 11 upgrades before, though, in a show of transparency, but I have no motivation to pursue installing them.

The fact of the matter remains that I am mostly satisfied with Windows 10.

Whether you run Windows 10 or 11, there is not an OS in existence that will leave you completely satisfied, and that includes macOS as well.

Linux, or in my case, Zorin OS 15.3, leaves me fully satisfied with almost any web-based task.

Microsoft tries to copy the macOS interface and introduce updated security features to get people to buy newer PCs that meet Windows 11 requirements.

It’s just not enough for me to plunk down on a new rig.

The inevitable bugs that every version of Windows ever made introduce into users’ lives will eventually manifest themselves in Windows 11, 12, or 99; such is the nature of Windows.

Office on a Mac

If I want lots of eye candy, I think I’ll look at a fish tank.

If I want to do work that uses a version of office that runs like the wind, I’ll use Windows on a PC (sorry, Mac fans, MS office has never run as good on a Mac as it does on a PC).

Macs are compromised when their users try and run any Microsoft software.

When Mac users run software designed by Microsoft to run on a Mac, they accept a version of the application that runs only well enough.

For most people, the browser-based versions of office do run well enough on both Macs and Linux PCs, so the trend of good enough software applications will continue indefinitely.

The temperature climbs to 59 degrees, and I’m still working on this post.

Its completion will coincide with my return to the great outdoors that is the backyard.

There could be more poop awaiting me.

The grass may have grown another sixteenth of an inch since I’ve been writing this.

The coffee pot is empty of coffee.

There will be no long hours ahead surfing the Internet.

The neighborhood sounds will fade to gray with the pond waterfall audio.

It’s another Saturday.

And there is no reason to consider anything beyond this point.

No reason at all.
